Nevertheless, it is still recommended to prepare one, as not everyone is familiar with the details of the quality management system, so a manual is necessary； The next layer consists of the original program files, which are essentially your management programs. These can be merged upwards with the manuals, or downwards with the management systems – it depends on which option you prefer ； The third layer, management standards, refers to the various existing management systems of your company; by adjusting their structure or introducing new systems, they can be brought in line with the requirements of the quality system ； The fourth layer consists of your various records. It is highly recommended not to create fake records, as otherwise you will be overwhelmed.
