A question about a regulatory exam question in study* exams

In a recent training session during Safety Month, there was a question in the exam: “What is the document number of the Regulations on the Safety Management of Hazardous Chemicals?” Review and approval time? When will implementation start? ” I’m not quite sure how to answer. Is this title accurately described? If different answers aren’t possible, how should the questions be formulated better?
The Regulations on the Safety Management of Hazardous Chemicals are **laws and regulations**.
