As 2024 is coming to an end, I posted today’s thread titled “Take a look at the ‘cutting-edge technologies’ in the installation – Safety Training Space” (https://bbs.hcbbs.com/thread-5677009-1-1.html). I’ve finally managed to fulfill my small wish of reaching the milestone of the 100th installment by the end of 2024. Looking back at the “Explore the Cutting-Edge Technologies on Devices” series (https://bbs.hcbbs.com/thread-3056492-1-1.html), since the first installment was published in July 2020, I never expected it to continue for 4 and a half years, nor that a whole series would be created; to date, it has received 176,000 views. The original intention behind posting this series of articles was to share with fellow industry professionals some of the new technologies and innovative approaches that I have encountered in my daily work related to the operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment. This scope was later expanded to include changes in operational procedures, problem-solving strategies, energy and resource savings, as well as management methods. It also encompasses advanced practices from other companies that I have come across or learned about – anything that can contribute to more efficient equipment operation, such as saving time, reducing labor intensity, lowering energy and material consumption, or cutting costs. All of these elements make up the content of this series on cutting-edge technologies. This series of posts has received enthusiastic attention from many marine enthusiasts, and many experienced professionals as well as regional moderators have also participated actively and engaged in in-depth discussions, including administrator @Cleaner Qingzhao.
