Cooperation Plan for Building a Sulfuric Acid Production Line by Zambia China Copper Co., Ltd. I. Project Background: Zambia China Copper Non-ferrous Metals Co., Ltd. is located in northern Zambia; its current copper production capacity is 15 tons per day, and it uses wet-process smelting. The facility is equipped with all necessary infrastructure such as power and water supply systems. It is now planned to invest independently or in partnership with external organizations or individuals to build an additional sulfuric acid production line. The sulfuric acid produced is partly supplied to meet the copper smelting needs of Zhongtong Company, and partly sold in the African market. II. Technical requirements for the equipment: 1. Basic process: Acid production by burning pure sulfur (S). 2. Raw materials: Sourced from the international market, with a high degree of purity. 3. Sulfuric acid production: Daily output reaches 150 tons, with an annual output of 50,000–60,000 tons. 4. Purity: There is no absolute requirement for purity; it only needs to meet the requirements of hydrometallurgical processing. 5. Level of automation control: Low automation control. 6. Waste heat utilization: Equipped with a waste heat power generation system. 7. Environmental protection: Local environmental requirements are not strict; it is sufficient for gas emission levels to meet the specified standards. III. Proposed cooperation methods and investment overview: 1. Total investment amount: The total investment shall be less than RMB 10 million. 2. Equity distribution: To be determined based on the specific circumstances of the partners. 3. Our annual demand for sulfuric acid in the copper smelting business: 30,000 tons. 4. Internal agreed price for sulfuric acid procurement: $150 per ton. 5. Cooperation mode: We will provide the site, some infrastructure, and construction funds, while your party will supply construction funds and technology during the construction phase, as well as production management expertise during the production phase.
