The six principles of lean production team management: Lean production team management is the foundation for safe production in enterprises; by ensuring effective lean production team management, one can grasp the key to ensuring safe production within the enterprise. 1. Adhere to holding safety activities once a week. Safety-themed team management activities should be conducted on a weekly basis, with employees being taught the relevant labor standards and the company’s safety production management systems. They should also learn the production processes and safety-related knowledge specific to their industry and position. By combining technical training with skills development in team management, team members will be able to explain, memorize, and apply the safety management rules related to their team and position. Through education using typical accident cases, improve employees’ awareness of team management prevention and their ability to carry out preventive measures. The theme of the event should be integrated with the specific production and manufacturing activities of our company and team; the themed activities must be forward-looking and purposeful, with diverse forms of implementation. 2. Adhere to holding pre-shift and post-shift meetings. Make persistent efforts in conducting pre-shift meetings, clearly outlining the key risk factors in production and the safety measures to take, so that team members have a comprehensive understanding of the daily tasks, processing procedures, and working environment. They should be familiar with the standard requirements for their work, as well as the production processes and safety management strategies. Tasks should be assigned accordingly to ensure that everyone knows their responsibilities and fulfills them. Conduct a post-shift meeting to promptly summarize the shortcomings in the processing process, draw lessons from the entire work process, and achieve the goal of eliminating safety hazards. 3. Adhere to the \"one shift, three inspections\" system. First of all, proper work handover and inspection should be carried out before starting the shift. During the handover, it is necessary to ensure a comprehensive transfer of responsibilities, listen carefully to the reports from the person handing over the duties regarding the operation of system software and the management of safety and production within the team, and jointly inspect the operating condition of machinery and equipment with that person. Secondly, it is necessary to conduct thorough inspections of the machinery and equipment in the class. Strictly follow the team management procedures, proactively conduct regular inspections of the group’s machinery and equipment as required, and carefully keep accurate records. Once again, supervision and inspection should be carried out after the shift. The top priority is to ensure that there are no safety hazards on site, to check whether any safety precautions have been overlooked, and to verify the safety status and total number of machinery, equipment, and tools. 4. Adhere to the \"Three Nos and Three Noes\" rules and regulations. It is necessary to strictly enforce the team management procedures without fail, striving to ensure \"no harm to oneself\" (not harming oneself, not harming others, and not being harmed by others), as well as avoiding \"three types of traffic violations\" (no violations in giving instructions, no illegal behaviors, and no breaches of work discipline). The complacent attitude toward the numbness that is common in work must be eliminated immediately ; Habitual violations of safety procedures and reckless individual actions must be immediately dissuaded ; Those who are not wearing protective equipment must correct this immediately ; Any safety hazards that arise must be addressed immediately ; Thoroughly eliminate the factors of insecurity within the team. 5. Adhere to the \"four non-acceptances\" standard for safety hazards. Teams must apply the \"four non-acceptances\" principle to all types of safety accidents and near-misses: never accept a situation until the cause of the accident has been identified, never accept it until those responsible have received proper training, never accept it until safety hazards have been completely eliminated, and never accept it until preventive measures have been put in place. Team members should thoroughly analyze the reasons behind such incidents to prevent similar accidents from occurring ; Records must be kept of the safety hazards identified during inspections, and immediate action must be taken to address them. In the event of safety accidents, lessons should be drawn from them to take proactive preventive measures, thereby eliminating safety hazards at their earliest stage. 6. Persist in promoting the application of modern, lean production methods for safe team management. Teams should actively promote the use of new technologies and adopt new approaches, and be bold in exploring safety-focused team management methods that suit their own needs. It is necessary to integrate one’s own characteristics and gradually apply contemporary innovative management methods such as system software security checklists as tools for preventing and analyzing safety incidents. A rational analysis should be conducted of various safety accidents that have occurred in the team in the past; close cooperation with the production and manufacturing departments is necessary, as well as collective activities aimed at anticipating such accidents, so that preventive measures can be established.
It’s indeed a bit difficult when you’ve never been exposed to traditional characters, haha. But from my personal experience, it’s quite easy to get used to them; there’s only one way: read more. After all, in the future when interacting with people in Taiwan, **, Macau, and among overseas Chinese, one will come across many texts in Traditional Chinese characters
