In other words, are manufacturers holding a \"Special Equipment Manufacturing License\" restricted to producing only those model products that fall within the temperature, pressure, and size ranges specified in the \"Special Equipment Type Test Certificate\"? Can products in areas not covered by the type test report be manufactured? For example: The manufacturing license level for pressure pipeline components, which are characteristic equipment manufactured by the producer, is A1 level. Its \"Special Equipment Type Test Certificate\" covers only products of model X, with a normal temperature range, a pressure range below 1500 pounds, and nominal sizes ranging from DN25 to DN200. So, can the manufacturer produce Model Y products that meet similar conditions? 2. Can the manufacturer produce Model X products at room temperature, with a weight of 2500 pounds and a DN300 size? 3. Can the manufacturer produce Model Y products that are capable of withstanding high temperatures, 2500 pounds of pressure, and have a DN300 size?
