May I ask: Do the operating procedures for production facilities need to be revised or updated regularly? How often are revisions or updates made? Are there any strict regulations in this regard?
Under normal circumstances, if a facility has four new projects, relevant process operation procedures and specifications must be developed promptly, with revisions carried out every five years.
Basically, revisions are needed every year, as most companies continuously carry out process optimization, modifications, and adjustments. This leads to the introduction of new technologies, the use of new equipment, the trial of new raw materials and materials, as well as new process adjustments, resulting in the production of new products in different specifications and types – which is what the expert mentioned above referred to as the \"four new things\".
Advancements in science and technology, rising manufacturing standards, and increasing consumer demands all bring about new requirements for standards! Generally, it has been adjusted after 5 years! It depends on the cycle of technological updates!
