For operators of special equipment, is it required that all those who participate in the operation hold operation certificates, or is it sufficient for some of them to have such certificates as required by the regulations?
It also depends on the nature of the work; for example, welders, plumbers, and riveters need to have relevant certifications to work.

New rules: Forklift management is no longer required, nor is operation of pressure vessels unless it’s a type with quick-opening doors; electric hoists for cranes are not needed either, unless the crane has a cockpit. Large cranes are not required either, unless it’s a crawler crane or a truck-mounted crane, in which case they are necessary
