Article 2 of Order No. 45: For chemical construction projects that generate hazardous chemicals, if the products of such projects are ordinary chemicals but nitrogen oxides are produced during the process and these nitrogen oxides constitute hazardous chemicals, does this situation still qualify as a hazardous chemicals construction project, given that washing and alkaline treatment are carried out later on?
It is not considered to be present in the system as exhaust gas, but it is counted if hazardous chemicals are present in the water after absorption.
Intermediate products, with storage tanks and for sale, qualify as hazardous chemical manufacturing enterprises. Those that react immediately without any specialized storage facilities do not fall under the category of hazardous chemical manufacturing enterprises
