We are about to complete the construction work. I’m in the production department, and now it’s time to report on the vulnerable components that are in use. What needs to be reported? Things like valves and gaskets, for example – when reporting, it’s necessary to specify which types of valves and gaskets are spare parts that need to be reported. When purchasing equipment, spare parts are included; it’s advisable to have some gaskets of the same specifications and pressure. For valves, consider only the critical parts – no need for spares for the rest
Consider the usage cycle of consumables, and aggregate batch purchases over time
