Such chemicals are primarily regulated by laws and regulations such as the Regulations on the Administration of Precursor Chemicals, with the aim of controlling their use and distribution to prevent them from being used in the illegal manufacture of drugs. Explosives-ready chemicals: These are chemical substances that can be used to manufacture explosives such as dynamite and explosive devices. They may not explode on their own, but can be used to create explosives under certain conditions. For example, the common nitrates (sodium nitrate, potassium nitrate, etc.), chlorates (sodium chlorate, potassium chlorate, etc.), and perchlorates (potassium perchlorate, sodium perchlorate, etc.). Such chemicals are primarily regulated by laws and regulations such as the Measures for the Administration of Explosive Precursors, with the aim of ensuring their safe storage, use, and transportation and preventing them from being used in the manufacture of explosives.
Storage requirements for chemicals that can be easily used to manufacture drugs or explosives: 1. The storage facility must have good ventilation and insulation, maintain an appropriate temperature inside, and be equipped with facilities for cooling, moisture control, flood protection, and lightning protection. 2. The warehouse must be equipped with automatic monitoring and fire alarm systems to enable the timely detection and handling of potential safety hazards. 3. The lighting fixtures in the warehouse should be explosion-proof, the exhaust fans should be explosion-proof exhaust fans, the air conditioning systems should be explosion-proof, and even the switches should be explosion-proof switches, etc. 4. The warehouse doors should be fire-resistant doors that open outward, and proper grounding must be ensured. The warehouse floor should be made of non-combustible and easy-to-clean flooring material. The floor inside the warehouse must be at least 0.2 meters higher than the floor outside, and a slope should be installed at the entrance to facilitate transportation and prevent rainwater from flowing in. 5.
