When starting a centrifugal pump, one should first close the outlet valve and start the electric pump; once the outlet pressure reaches the specified value, the outlet valve should be slowly opened. The pump inlet valve is fully open, and the outlet valve is fully closed； Gradually open the outlet valve to control the pump’s flow rate and pressure ； Check whether the motor current is within the rated value; if the pump is operating at its rated flow rate but the motor is overloaded, the pump should be stopped for inspection.
