For example, if a company’s emergency response plan is approved by the key responsible person, what about the workshop operating procedures and the eight major operation management processes? The maintenance procedures for equipment should be approved by the relevant technical supervisor, right? What are everyone’s different opinions?

It should be approved by the main person in charge of the relevant business, as they are the primary responsible party for that business and have the best understanding of its operational processes.
