Chemical (hazardous chemicals, pharmaceuticals) enterprises, in addition to complying with the key requirements outlined in the list of responsibilities for production and operation entities (general), should also possess the following: 1. Complete set of licenses and permits, having obtained the relevant administrative approvals in accordance with the law and within the specified validity period； 2. The principal persons in charge and safety production management personnel must pass the assessment ； 3. The factory buildings, work areas, as well as safety facilities, equipment, and processes comply with the requirements of relevant laws, regulations, standards, and norms regarding work safety. Factories and work sites shall be equipped with exits that meet the requirements for emergency evacuation, are clearly marked, and remain unobstructed; it is prohibited to lock or block the exits of factories and work sites ； 4. Formulate measures to prevent and control occupational hazards, and provide workers with personal protective equipment that meets **standards or industry standards ； 5. Units that produce or store hazardous chemicals shall install visible markings on the hazardous chemical pipelines they have laid, and conduct regular inspections and tests on such pipelines ； 6. Units that produce or store hazardous chemicals shall, depending on the types of hazardous chemicals they produce or store and their hazardous properties, install appropriate safety facilities and equipment in their workplaces. They shall also carry out regular maintenance of such facilities and equipment in accordance with **standards, industry standards, or **relevant regulations, to ensure their proper functioning ； 7. Production and business operations entities shall, based on the types and hazardous properties of the hazardous chemicals they use, produce, or store, as well as the quantities used and the methods of use, production, and storage, establish and improve safety management regulations and safe operating procedures for such hazardous chemicals to ensure their safe use.
