1. Responsible for the comprehensive supervision and management of enterprise safety production, and overseeing the implementation of safety production responsibilities by various functional departments. Responsible for the comprehensive coordination of safety production work within the unit ； 2. Establish a dual-prevention system for safety risk control and hazard identification and remediation; promote the use of advanced and suitable safety technologies and equipment; and upgrade or phase out outdated production processes and technologies ； 4. Organize the establishment of safety production standardization and the implementation of refined management at individual positions ； 5. Organize the implementation of new, revised, and expanded construction projects by ensuring that safety facilities are installed simultaneously with the main project works” ； 6. Responsible for approving high-risk and special operations such as hot work in enterprises ； 7. Responsible for imposing penalties and holding accountable those who give illegal instructions, carry out illegal operations, or violate labor discipline ； 8. Organize an assessment at least once a year of the implementation of laws, regulations, standards, rules, and procedures related to safe production ； 9. Participate in the emergency rescue, investigation, and handling of accidents within the unit.
