They established a three-level inspection mechanism consisting of the factory’s mobile team, workshop equipment managers, and team operators. By carrying out inspections of key equipment, the factory addresses the problems identified in advance through maintenance, striving to eliminate potential hazards. Each workshop strengthens the maintenance of equipment, strictly implementing the \"Ten-Point Maintenance Method\" which includes cleaning, tightening, lubrication, adjustment, and corrosion prevention, to ensure that all types of equipment and facilities remain in good condition for a longer period. In addition, the plant takes various measures to strengthen equipment management and operator training by holding seminars and on-site lessons on handling abnormal situations ; Regular training and on-site guidance on pump operation are provided to the operators, with an emphasis on explaining knowledge related to equipment maintenance, such as the damage that can occur to pumps due to lack of oil in their bearing housings. This ensures that workshop employees understand the operating principles of pumps, master the proper techniques for operating them, and are familiar with maintenance procedures. As a result, they can conduct thorough inspections on a regular basis, identify problems promptly, and address potential issues scientifically, thereby keeping the pump equipment in good working condition.
