Our company has a boiler that uses phosphine off-gases for combustion. There are currently two issues: 1. When the boiler operates at the same load, the nitrogen oxide levels vary at different times, and in some cases these levels exceed the allowed limits ; 2. How to reduce nitrogen oxide levels without reducing the load.

Are there any technical manufacturers in this field? Please provide some!
1. Check for air leaks and reduce the oxygen content in exhaust gases (suitable for cases where the conversion index is slightly high); 2. Replace with a low-nitrogen burner (look for manufacturers with similar application experience) ; 3. Install SCR and SNCR denitration devices (in combination with 2 to achieve ultra-low emissions).

After consulting with the burner manufacturer (Wuxi Oubo), it is possible to keep nitrogen oxide levels below 100, provided that the pressure of the yellow phosphorus exhaust gas flow remains stable at around 5 KPa, in conjunction with an FGR system. To reduce nitrogen oxides to below 50, PNCR can be applied within an appropriate temperature range inside the furnace (850°–950°). This approach results in lower operating costs; although SCR is a mature technology, its annual operating costs are 200–300 W higher than those of the aforementioned approach. Boiler 60T/H
