The platform boasts an accuracy rate of over 95% in early warnings; it can identify gradual failures with 100% accuracy and automatically generate visual diagnostic reports to help maintenance personnel pinpoint the issues precisely. “This is equivalent to providing ‘dedicated doctors’ for the key equipment across the entire plant, marking a shift from ‘regular health checks’ to ‘real-time health monitoring’. ”Han Dong, director of the Mechanical Engineering Department, explained. This intelligent system extends the equipment maintenance interval by 20% and reduces maintenance costs by about 10%. The same wisdom is reflected in instrument management as well. The intelligent meter management information platform enables closed-loop management of the entire lifecycle for 4,839 intelligent meters. Daily inspection labor hours have been reduced by 60%, the integrity rate of instruments remains above 99.9%, and the efficiency of fault resolution has increased by three times, truly enabling \"strategic control from afar\" for operation and maintenance. To date, Changqing Petrochemical has invested approximately 400 million yuan, implementing 50 intelligentization projects to lay a solid foundation for its digital transformation. China’s leading 5G enterprise private networks provide coverage for all use cases ; A data governance platform acts like a “central kitchen,” providing fresh “data ingredients” for various intelligent applications and large artificial intelligence models. In 2024, as a pilot project, the company successfully applied the Kunlun large model to atmospheric and vacuum distillation units.
