According to Sinochem New Network, recently two group standards were released – the \"Technical Specifications for Evaluating Zero-Carbon Lithium Battery Industry Parks\" and the \"Technical Specifications for Evaluating Zero-Carbon Crystal Silicon Industry Parks\" – developed by the Nanchuan Industrial Park in the Xining Development Zone of Qinghai in collaboration with professional organizations. These two standards not only provide a \"roadmap\" for the zero-carbon development of the Nanchuan Industrial Park, but also fill the gap in relevant domestic standards, representing yet another landmark achievement for the Xining Development Zone in driving high-quality development through technological innovation. These two group standards place particular emphasis on the accuracy of green electricity utilization and carbon accounting, incorporating practical experiences from the Nanchuan Industrial Park such as the \"integrated development of power generation, transmission, consumption, and storage\" as well as \"tracking and tracing of green electricity\" into the evaluation criteria. “This not only aligns with the fact that green electricity serves as the primary energy source in the park, but it also conforms to the guidelines for building a new type of power system, thereby achieving a balance between adapting measures to local conditions and striving to meet advanced standards. ”A relevant official from Nanchuan Industrial Park explained. It is understood that the Nanchuan Industrial Park, by pooling efforts from various parties and after more than half a year of dedicated work, completed the development of these standards. Today, this \"Nanchuan Model\" serves as a replicable example for the zero-carbon transformation of similar industrial parks across the country, further strengthening Xining Development Zone’s leading role in innovation in the field of new energy. Guided by the \"dual carbon\" goals, Nanchuan Industrial Park has taken the lead in exploring a zero-carbon transformation by leveraging its industrial and energy advantages. As the core hub for lithium battery and photovoltaic industries in Qinghai, the park has developed a complete new energy industry chain, with clean energy accounting for over 90% of the electricity supply, thus laying a solid foundation for the establishment of zero-carbon standards.
