1 Purpose: After the water transport is completed, the low-temperature methanol washing system needs to be dried using nitrogen, that is, the system must be purged and dried, and samples taken to analyze the oxygen content and the dew point of the gas until the specified requirements are met. 2 Exchange and Drying Procedures 2.1 Exchange and Drying of Systems from V2204 to V2203 and from V2206 to V2205 Set PV22008B and PV22015B to 0.2–0.3 MPa, open the nitrogen filling valve at the primary inlet K2201 to fill the systems with nitrogen, and discharge it at the drain points of each flash tank. Open LV22028; discharge at the drain of V2207. Analyze O2 at the drain lines of each tank and at the shell-side drain line of E2226
