Could some expert please introduce the high-tower compound fertilizer differential dual-speed granulating machine? The more detailed, the better
I would like to ask: are compound fertilizers produced by liquid solidification and granulation, or by spray drying and granulation?
In differential granulation, there is a differential disc inside and a nozzle on the outside. Currently, in the industry, systems with two motors and those with a single motor are commonly used; in the single-motor version, one motor is used for both the nozzle and the differential disc, with gear transmission in place. The spray head and the differential disc rotate in the same direction with the same speed difference. The two motors are separate.
