We are building a new factory to produce an inorganic salt. At present, the ammonia vaporization process and equipment design are not yet well understood. In our production process, ammonia gas is introduced into the materials; the difference in solubility of various substances in liquid ammonia is utilized to achieve separation. After the desired product is separated through crystallization, the ammonia remaining in the mother liquor is to be recovered using an ammonia evaporation process: the mother liquor is heated to cause the ammonia to evaporate, and the evaporated ammonia is then recovered and reintroduced into the next batch of material. It is desired that the purity of the ammonia to be recovered be high, in order to prevent a large amount of water from entering the material and diluting it.
