Though it may seem insignificant, I believe that small amounts can add up over time to create something significant. This article is nothing but a wild and imaginative speculation regarding the flare venting system; please point out any inaccuracies. Option 1: The vented hydrocarbons flow from the vent tank to the water seal tank and then into the flare for combustion. Currently, the primary vent valve is open, while the secondary, tertiary, and quaternary vents are all equipped with burst disks. It is recommended to carry out technical modifications before installing the vent tank, such as adding an alkali solution tank, a buffer tank, and a compressor to recover the vented hydrocarbons. A tee is added to the vent line to create a branch; a liquid separation tank is used as the alkali tank, a large tank serves as the buffer tank, and a mixed gas compressor is used as the hydrocarbon recovery compressor. Since less vent gas is generated and the buffer tank is larger, the mixture compressor can be started intermittently. The compressed gas can be cooled and then fed into the fuel gas buffer tank to be used as fuel gas, or it can be pumped into spherical tanks for sale. The schematic is as follows: Option 2: Minor Rhapsody, utilizing air-release combustion recovery equipment to produce dry ice (CO2). (I’m sorry; I’ve never worked in the CO2 production industry, so I can’t create a schematic diagram.) Option 3: A wild idea – not a proper solution. Liquefied petroleum gas is a flammable gas, and keeping a flame lit continuously is rather wasteful. 8 electron arcs can be added for continuous operation; there is no need for a constantly lit lamp. Summary: The torch releases only a very small amount of gas, like fine sand; since the goal is to save energy and reduce consumption, then such wild fantasies are acceptable.

The key issue is that, in general, the normal discharge volume is very small; many devices these days basically have no such normal discharge volume, and the amount of waste generated during accidents is extremely large, making it impossible to recover everything
