How come I don’t understand what it means for heat exchange to decrease in Chinese?
A decrease in the extraction amount from Chang Er Middle School leads to reduced heat absorption, which in turn results in a lower final temperature after the exchange
The heat source for the crude oil/Refined No. 2 intermediate heat exchanger is reduced, so the final temperature of heat exchange drops.
Have there been significant changes in the flow rate and extraction temperature at your No. 2 plant? If not, it shouldn’t be that reason
