It is divided into single-layer and double-layer types. The single-layer type consists of one ring plate; generally, the outer diameter is taken from that of the skirt ring plate, while the inner diameter is taken from either the skirt ring plate’s inner diameter or the skirt’s inner diameter. The diameter of the center circle of the bolt holes is the same as that of the center circle of the bolt holes in the skirt, and the diameter of the bolt holes themselves is the same as that of the bolt holes in the gasket plates of the skirt； The double-layer version is similar to the single-layer one, with the addition of a steel tube in between; its total height can be set to match the overall height of the skirt base bolt seats. The picture posted on the 2nd floor is of the double-layer version.
