I would like to ask: what is the typical range for the total pressure drop in plate towers and packed towers? Can this data be found in that reference book?

Therefore, each device has specific requirements regarding pressure drop, and the equipment must be customized in accordance with these requirements

I want to assign pressure drops to the heat exchangers and columns, but there should be a recommended range for these pressure drops. I can find information as a reference for heat exchangers; is there any such information available for columns?
Isn’t it the case that the pressure drop of the tower should be as low as possible? The pressure drop in our packed towers is mostly below 10 kPa, with a few towers reaching around 20 kPa
