Is a dust removal device installed in the urea granulation tower? What is its performance?
What the original poster is referring to is the dust recovery device at the top of the tower. In previous years, due to environmental regulations, many factories installed such devices, but their effectiveness was generally mediocre.

Dust removal is achieved through water washing; a fan is required, and once the urea content in the water reaches a certain level, it is sent back to an evaporation section for reuse
Gas-liquid separation packing definitely affects resistance; it has an impact on the temperature of urea. The addition of such packing affects the air flow rate, and the load is affected as well. Without it, trailing effects are severe, and environmental considerations are not met.
