:) The pump at the bottom of the tower is connected to the inlet of the reflux tank and to the line that comes from air cooling – what is the purpose of this line?
Supply reflux flow to the tower top reflux.
Isn’t this a single-tower circulation line? Is it used for making up the amount?
Name: Oil padding line, used when the bottom of the tower has not yet reached the desired temperature; it is used for things like transporting cold oil by water to replenish the reflux tank

Start the oil feeding line to fill the reflux tank with oil, thereby establishing a single-tower circulation. During water transportation, it is also possible to use water for flushing in order to clean the pipelines and ensure smooth flow
