Which parts of the tower should be insulated?

There are also thermal insulation support rings inside the skirt base; does thermal insulation need to be provided on both the inside and outside? Is the fireproof layer inside the insulation layer?
Fire protection is for fire protection, and insulation is for insulation. Insulation layers (cold insulation layers) should be applied to the equipment cylinders, heads, etc., while fireproof layers should be installed on the skirt cylinder

It is used for insulation of the bottom head, per clause 7.3.7.1 of SH3098-2011
