During the on-site hydraulic pressure test in the tower, the flange of the level gauge leaked, causing water to spill out; the lower part of the level gauge was located near the entrance to the diagonal ladder, and it was only after the water had been drained that it was possible to go up there for repairs.
The gauge on the green pipeline is leaking
Looking at this photo and imagining it, the leaking process must have been quite spectacular
