I would like to ask the experts: is it necessary to warm the shell of the Cassali synthesis tower when starting it up in a cold state? Many posts regarding warm towers mention the numbers 38°C and 1.4 MPa. Where exactly do these two numbers come from? Thank you
It would be best to check the original process package–it contains more detailed information. Currently, during cold-start operations, we don’t heat the tower; instead, we start up the heater directly to raise the temperature~
The process package does not mention tower warming, so there was no tower warming at the beginning. After consulting relevant technical personnel, it was suggested that tower warming would be preferable. Thank you
