Investigation into the reasons for high pressure difference in methanol synthesis towers

A few days ago, I went to an alcohol production facility to investigate the issue of high pressure differences, and found that 1) there was 3,800 Kg of physical water, accounting for 4% of the catalyst. 2) It was found that the magnetic balls contained 5% water. 3) Temperature increase and reduction begin 7 days after catalyst loading.
