Everyone, take a look – this reboiler has an additional pipeline (the one indicated by the arrow); I’m not sure what purpose this pipeline serves As shown in the figure
Does the heat transfer oil that has not undergone heat exchange flow back to the heat exchanger from above? After heat exchange, it returns back, and the heat transfer oil furnace continues to heat. I’m not sure if it’s correct:P :P
It seems to be a one-time process; it’s difficult to establish a liquid level on the tray at first. A valve is installed on this pipeline, and the reboiler is turned on once a liquid level has been established.
No vaporized liquid flows back into the tower through this pipeline. Prevent the heat exchanger from being flooded, with no space for vaporization.
It might be used to refill the tower at the start of operation.
It should be a starting line, used for padding material inside the tower

This forms an internal loop, I guess. Seems I’ve seen it before.
