As soon as the stripping steam in the desulfurization tower is turned on, the level of the liquid in the reflux tank rises quickly, and the pressure and liquid level experience significant fluctuations, which affects normal operation. The filling pressure was increased to 0.58 MPa, and all fluid returned. The temperature at the bottom of the desulfurization tower is 210 degrees; I’m not sure what’s going on
Is the stripping steam pressure too high, or is there a problem with the stripping steam distribution tray?
Is too much steam causing overpressure in the tower? Is there still a problem with delivering acidic water?
Is the steam too strong, causing pressure in the tower? Is it still the problem with delivering acidic water, causing water to be carried back?

Is it because the level threshold is too high that the liquid level is also high, or is it that the level threshold is not high enough while the liquid level is high? The former issue might be too high a steam volume; reducing it will ensure that the diesel in the stripping tower is free of water, and the levels of copper corrosion and S in the diesel will be within acceptable limits. Is it because the crude oil used in the latter is too light? Is the reaction temperature too high? Too much light oil was stripped off.
The temperature at the bottom of the tower has dropped; increase the reflux rate accordingly. I faced the same issue at the beginning of operation, but it’s not a problem now. We can discuss this in more detail separately
The pressure fluctuates greatly; is there water in the backflow?
