Dear teachers, the pressure in the diesel hydrodesulfurization tower fluctuates greatly. What are the reasons for this, and how can it be resolved? ! !
It seems that diesel hydrogenation doesn’t have a dehydration tower; if there is one, please describe it in detail. Is it pressure fluctuation in the hydrodesulfurization tower?
Are you referring to the dehydration tower for diesel products before they leave the diesel hydrogenation unit? Or another dehydration tower? If it’s the former, it is recommended that you control the temperature inside the diesel dehydration tower; keeping the temperature lower will be better
If it refers to the vacuum dehydration tower, the possible reasons are as follows: 1. Changes in the back pressure of the vacuum pumping system； 2. Changes in water content ； 3. Phase changes of the gas dissolved in diesel ； 4. Vacuum pump failure ； 5. Changes in pipeline pressure drop ； 6. Changes in inlet tower temperature ； 7. Temperature change after cooling at the tower top ；
