The original tower diameter was small; it was increased (from 600 to 800). At that time, the load could not be handled, but the quality of the product improved compared to before. However, when the load increased, the pressure difference rose and the system became unstable. Let’s see if anyone has any good suggestions. I personally think the reflux ratio might need to be reduced.
The theoretical plate number of the packing is increased to meet the separation requirements, while minimizing the reflux ratio.
