For magnetic flap level measurement, there is a magnetic roller on the front side; this side does not experience temperature changes. At the back of the magnetic flaps, there is a pipe through which liquid flows, and inside this pipe there is a float; this pipe is likely to have a temperature
When the liquid level is stable, there is almost no mass transfer within the level gauge pipe. Heat transfer is slow, and with low outdoor temperatures, there is little temperature difference between heat transfer and heat dissipation. The level gauge reading may be low due to temperature differences.
