The tray design specifies feeding at 8 and 22 levels; the tray manufacturer’s hydraulic calculations indicate a range of 50–110%. The feeding volume at the 22nd level is 210 tons, while that at the 8th level is 170 tons. Currently, there is a desire to adjust the feeding volume at the 22nd level. I wonder whether this adjustment can exceed the designed load of 100%. Experts, did you take any extra margin into account when performing the hydraulic calculations for the trays? Is it possible to exceed 110%, or even reach 1.5–1.6 times the designated value?
