Turning off the cold reflux helps to maintain stability for a day, but there are slight fluctuations in product quality. Why is this?

Are there any more detailed operating parameters? It’s hard to analyze otherwise!
From the top of the fractionation tower to the oil-gas separation tank, there is a large oil-gas valve that is controlled by the reaction unit; it is necessary to check whether it is turned on and off frequently.
It’s hot now; I guess the air cooling or water cooling system has some misalignment, which causes certain sensations! Suggestion: Measure the temperatures at the outlets of each air-cooled and water-cooled unit to determine whether this phenomenon exists. If it does, lower the temperature at those outlets, and appropriately reduce the flow rates of the other units to compensate!

One is related to water, and the other is related to the medium! Haven’t you encountered similar incidents when it was hot the day before yesterday?
There is a U-shaped drain line at the end of the main oil and gas line; check to see if it is unobstructed, as an obstruction can cause liquid to accumulate in the main oil and gas line, leading to fluctuations
