Have you encountered the problem of pump evacuation in the middle pump of the fractional distillation tower during startup? Are there any good solutions? In my opinion, among the various reflux streams in the distillation tower, it is difficult to establish reflux in the middle stream, and evacuation occurs multiple times
It’s very difficult to establish a middle level right at the start; don’t set too large a volume at the beginning, and build it up gradually.
Replenishing the inlet of the middle pump with light diesel will establish it quickly.
It’s easy to build here! Make it smaller! Control the top temperature well~
As soon as the diesel stops, the pump again draws a vacuum

Top pressure temperature, used to adjust the temperature in the middle section. If there is a cross-line, add some diesel; the circulation rate in the middle section should be increased gradually from low to high

What is released when there is no output? Is it foamy oil?
