Dear seniors: What material is generally used for the anti-vortex devices in sulfuric acid absorption towers?
Considering corrosion issues, it is best to use the same as the cylinder.
The cylinder is lined with acid-resistant bricks to prevent corrosion; how is the anti-rotation device protected from corrosion? ? ?
You mentioned special cases; in that case, choose a better material.
At least you can’t use it and then it’s done.

The anti-vortex device in the sulfuric acid absorption tower is made of the same material as the cylinder body, with an F46 anti-corrosion coating applied to its surface.
