The situation is as follows. For the Sulzer VKRPW liquid distributor, the liquid in the tank is never full during operation and cannot flow downward from the downcomer. However, looking at the device, there is nowhere to distribute the liquid down. Unless the rising steam heats the liquid in the tank and vaporizes it directly ； There is a small amount of liquid condensation outside the tank, but it cannot be verified. Please help me think about it
Did you look carefully and see if there is no hole in the lower part of the downcomer?
It turned out that there was a hole on the side of the bottom of the trough that was too hidden.
There must be openings. I have actually seen distributors from different manufacturers in many devices. The most popular one on the market is Tianda Sulzer.
Many Sulzer distributors use fillers to make a small sleeve. German montz makes something similar to the eight-grained fish. Tianda makes a fluid-blocking angle steel with a distribution box.
