The purpose of introducing steam is to steam it up and completely reflux. The problem is that the temperature in the tower kettle is already 97°C, and there is a temperature in the middle of the tower, but the temperature at the top of the tower cannot go up, and the liquid level in the reflux tank has not increased. It lasted 6 hours. Still so. Ask the experts for answers. Could it be that the tray is blocked? ? ?
The steam must have pressure and flow to ensure that the liquid level in the tower kettle is appropriate.
Possible reasons: 1) The temperature of the tower kettle has increased, but the quality (pressure) and flow rate of the steam are not enough, and the input heat is not enough to cause water vaporization. ; It is recommended to increase steam flow ; 2) The tower top pressure and temperature have not been established, and the tray differential pressure is 44kPa. The differential pressure is too large, and there may be tray blockage. ;
Six hours, how much material is fed? Can the amount of steam be increased? How high is the tower? There shouldn't be any problems with tray installation.
Your tower kettle only provides this little steam, and the steam pressure is so low that the heat loss is not enough. How can you make a large amount of water in the tower kettle vaporize into steam?
Generally speaking, I am afraid that the temperature of the tower kettle is not enough and the driving force is insufficient.
Add some steam and wait longer, and the temperature will rise.
The steam pressure of the reboiler is too low. The tower kettle is filled with water at normal pressure, and the driving force for heat transfer is not enough. It is recommended to increase the heating steam pressure.
The original design was to evaporate methanol, but now it is replaced with water, and it is running continuously, so the heat source provided by your reboiler will be larger. But reboiler steam. . . Is this watch broken? If the instructions are accurate, then this quality really may not be able to be steamed. The feed is 97, the tower kettle is 97, the pressure difference is 44, and the tower kettle is 18. So 44 is calculated based on -26? 10kg of condensate pipe network? I’m so confused about whether the PV0503A nitrogen supply valve is fully open? No nitrogen? The on-site shut-off valve is still not open. If there is no nitrogen, it is recommended not to test the car. If there is nitrogen, the tower pressure can be increased within the designed value. If the tower kettle does not rise, there is no heat source. When commissioning, pay attention to a few things. Water transport is also a time for instrument adjustment. Check the table below first. The main instruments must be accurate. ; When steaming water, in order to prevent overpressure, the fan of the cooling water tower on the top of the tower can be set to the maximum power in advance, and the secondary cooling PV0503B can also be turned on to the maximum, which only consumes electricity. But the test run is quite busy and messy, and everyone is very hands-on. If they don’t pay attention to the accident such as tower collapse, the cooling water tower is made of cold and low specific heat methanol. When the water vapor cannot be cooled down, the whole tower will be over-pressured, and accidents are easy to happen. ;
The original design is for methanol, so the heat exchange area corresponding to your current steam quality may not be enough. Water combined transportation may not necessarily travel the amount of steam. Try turning it up. Now it seems that the heat is not enough.
The return flow is turned down, and the evaporation heat is not enough.
