A washing tower, similar to a distillation tower, consists of a tower body, trays, a reboiler, and a condenser. Since the scrubber tower is a device used for rough separation, the number of tray levels is generally low, usually not exceeding ten levels. Washing towers are suitable for separating mixed gases containing a small amount of dust; the various components do not react with each other, and the products should be easy to liquefy, while impurities such as dust (which can also be referred to as high-boiling substances) are difficult to liquefy or solidify. When the mixture is introduced into the scrubber from its middle section, liquid of the product components is present between the tower plates; as these gas components liquefy, some of them evaporate. Since impurities cannot be liquefied or solidified, they get trapped by the liquid of the product components as they pass through the plates containing liquid, thereby enabling a cleaning effect. The scrubber is designed and manufactured based on this principle. Performance features: 1) Wash-type exhaust gas treatment system, low cost and simple treatment process ; 2) The upright structure is most suitable for installation in limited space ; 3) Suitable for gaseous and liquid pollution sources ; 4) Treating a single pollution source ; 5) Suitable for medium to low air volume ;
