It should be ensured that its interior is unobstructed. 4. Check the liquid level gauge in the tower bottom: The gauge indicates the height of the liquid inside the tower bottom. Check whether it is working properly and whether the readings are accurate. 5. Inspect the bottom tray partition of the tower: The partition is primarily used to separate different process sections within the tower bottom. Check whether the partition is twisted, deformed, or damaged. 6. Inspect the distributor: The distributor is responsible for evenly distributing the gas and liquid entering the tower. Check whether it is blocked; if so, it needs to be cleaned. 7. Inspect the swirl plate or demister: These two devices are used primarily to remove foam and large oil droplets from within the tower. Check if they are clogged; if so, they also need to be cleaned.
