What is the current progress of the domestic polyoxymethylene projects at Tianjin Alkali Plant, Inner Mongolia Tianye, Henan Yongmei, and Ningxia Shenhua?
The project in Tianjin will come online by the end of the year; one in Inner Mongolia is under construction, and another in Henan is in the civil engineering phase.
