The production capacity of polyoxymethylene in China is around 220,000 tons; I wonder what the situation is like for various factories under the impact of this economic crisis How are the orchids in Daqing? How many grades of products can be produced?
For polyoxymethylene in China, Yuntianhua seems to be quite good! Another 60,000 tons have been added in Chongqing these days!
Shanghai Lanxing seems to be not functioning properly; I’m not too sure about the others! Please, someone who knows the answer, help!
1# CXU: Overall, the production and sales of polyoxymethylene in China are not optimistic, but some domestic manufacturers are already considering independent research and development based on the introduction of foreign technologies. The table below is compiled by me based on information on domestic polyoxymethylene manufacturers; it is for reference only. It can be said that China does not yet possess fully independent and practical polyoxymethylene production technology; the technologies developed in the past have issues related to energy consumption and efficiency, among other factors. Shanghai Lanxing has adopted **Fuyi technology, while Yuntianhua has adopted Polish ZAT technology. Manufacturer, Production Capacity, Grade, Expansion Plans: Yuntianhua – 50,000 units; grades M90 and M270. The second and third phases of the Changshou project are about to go into operation soon. Lanxing – 40,000 units of grade BS090; the production capacity for 60,000 units in the second phase has already been initiated ; DuPont-Kuraray 20000 100P, 50P, etc. will be expanded to 60000 t/a; Baotailing 60000 M90-44, M270-44
I haven’t heard that Orchid and Daqing are also producing polyoxymethylene
I’ve just found the PDF version of the \"2009-2013 China Polyoxymethylene (POM) Market Research and Investment Advisory Report,\" but I can’t upload it. It mentions Orchid and Daqing; does Haiyou have any way to help me?
It should be noted that Orchid and Daqing were among the four polyoxymethylene projects approved by the National Development and Reform Commission at that time, but these two companies remained at the stage of preliminary research for their projects and did not proceed with implementation. The market research and investment consulting reports seem to have an inaccurate understanding of the current situation of domestic manufacturing enterprises, with many errors in this regard.
1# CXU Daqing seems to have been put on hold temporarily due to issues related to the costs of introducing the necessary technology. As for orchids, I’ve tried to get in touch many times, but it’s not possible; they only say that construction might take place eventually

I’m wondering whether I should go for this or not; as the person above mentioned, Chinese consulting firms are really like Zhao Benshan :( Summary of the \"Polyoxymethylene Technology and Market Research Report (2009)\": Polyoxymethylene, also known as polyoxymethylene, has the English name polyxymethylene (abbreviated as POM). Its regular molecular structure and crystallinity confer excellent physical and mechanical properties, making it a thermoplastic resin with outstanding overall performance. It exhibits high elastic modulus, hardness, stiffness, and mechanical strength over a wide temperature range, and can replace metal materials such as steel, copper, zinc, and aluminum in many applications. It is widely used in industries such as machinery, light industry, electronics, the automotive industry, and agricultural equipment, and is known as the \"metal among plastics\". Since its introduction, polyoxymethylene has seen rapid development thanks to its excellent properties, and its production capacity ranks third, only behind polyamides and polycarbonates. The \"Polyoxymethylene Technology and Market Research Report (2009)\" was compiled by experts, drawing on information from authoritative institutions such as the **Statistics Bureau**, the Economic Information Center, the Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association, and the Information Center of the General Administration of Customs. It also incorporates data from hundreds of chemical and related industry newspapers and magazines both in China and abroad, as well as from various domestic and international databases related to the petroleum, chemical, and industrial sectors, along with a large amount of material published and provided by specialized research organizations in these fields. The \"Polyoxymethylene Technology and Market Research Report (2009)\」provides a comprehensive analysis and examination of the polyacrylamide market from various perspectives, including its production processes, current production status, application areas, consumption structure, current consumption levels, demand patterns, market prices, import and export situations, industry development trends, and investment opportunities. On this basis, it offers qualitative and quantitative analyses and forecasts regarding future market demand and prospects for polyacrylamide. The data and charts from the \"Polyoxymethylene Technology and Market Research Report (2009)\" can be directly used in the feasibility study report or pre-feasibility study report for polyacrylamide projects. It can also be used as a reference for medium- to long-term strategic investment decisions in enterprises. The report is clear and detailed, utilizing numerous data tables and charts to illustrate market changes and trends, thereby providing rich information resources for the feasibility study and investment decision-making regarding polyacrylamide projects. This report addresses the issue of data scarcity in industrial analysis, such as corporate industry development strategic planning, investment, and bank loans. I’ve read that investigation report from 9# CXU’s Liu Jian Network; it contains a lot of plagiarized content, and it doesn’t include information on some downstream manufacturers, so it isn’t very useful for traders
