On February 26, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology released the first list of advanced and applicable technologies, with 111 technologies making the cut. It is reported that advanced and applicable technologies are centered on their suitability, possess technological advantages, have mature application practices, and can be rapidly replicated and disseminated. They are technologies that support coordinated economic and social development, including processes, materials, equipment, software, systems, management methods, consulting services, and other related elements that enable the use of such technologies. Specifically, it includes four areas: high-end technologies, intelligent technologies, green technologies, and industrial foundation technologies. A review of the list reveals that 33 chemical technologies are included, such as the complete set of technologies for the recovery and utilization of dry gas in refineries using the light cold oil absorption method, the key technology for electrocatalytic oxidation of refractory chemical waste water, and the complete set of technologies for efficient catalytic cracking of heavy oil (RTC). The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology requires that promotion be carried out through various means such as matchmaking events, in order to foster the high-end, intelligent, and green transformation and upgrading of the industry and to improve the technical capabilities of small and medium-sized enterprises ； Strengthen follow-up evaluation, promptly summarize effective practices and propose improvement measures to continuously enhance the effectiveness of promotion and application.
