A few days ago, I came across a report on Sinochem’s website: The “Development of Coal-Based New Material Polyoxymethylene Technology” project carried out by Xingtai Xuyang Coal Chemical Co., Ltd. involved research and development of trimellitic anhydride, polyoxymethylene, and catalysts, as well as the exploration of industrial production methods for polyoxymethylene in China. This effort resulted in the creation of a complete set of production technology software packages with independent intellectual property rights, thereby breaking foreign technological monopolies, filling gaps in domestic technology, and significantly advancing the level of coal-based material technology in China. I wonder what stage their research has reached Can it bring new development to domestic polyoxymethylene?
