Do you understand* * Fuyi polyformaldehyde process?
* * Fuyi polyformaldehyde production technology consists of the following five processes. (1) Formaldehyde process: After the methanol is heated and vaporized, it is evenly mixed with air, steam, and circulating exhaust gas, and then enters the reactor. The methanol is converted into formaldehyde through an instant reaction with a silver catalyst. Methanol oxidation reaction is an exothermic reaction, and the reaction equation is as follows: CH3OH + 0.5O2 HCHO + H2O (2) Paraformaldehyde process: Formaldehyde with a concentration of 60% is catalyzed by sulfuric acid to generate trimerformaldehyde (referred to as: TOX). (3) Dioxolane process: The concentration of 60% formaldehyde and ethylene glycol are catalyzed by sulfuric acid to produce dioxolane (referred to as: DOX). (4) Polyacetal process: The comonomers trimerformaldehyde and dioxolane are catalyzed by boron trifluoride, and the two monomers polymerize together to form polyformaldehyde (referred to as: POM). (5) Exhaust gas incineration: In the formaldehyde manufacturing process, the exhaust gas discharged from the formaldehyde absorption tower is sent to the incinerator by the exhaust fan. After combustion, the high-temperature gas enters the heat exchange part. Water is used as the heat medium to recover the heat and generate steam for use by heaters in other production units. The exhaust gas is discharged from the chimney at high altitude. Third-rate technology, very average!
